To Die For Cheese Dip
8 oz cream cheese,room temperature
2 chopped green onion
8 oz. shredded Colby/Jack, Swiss or Colby cheese
1 C mayonnaise
1/2 C real bacon bits
12 crushed Ritz Crackers (I don't crush them too finely.)
Mix together creamcheese, chopped green onions, mayo and cheese. Spread in glass pie plate or microwaveable bowl. Top with crushed Ritz crackers and bacon bits. Microwave until hot and bubbly, 4-7 minutes.
Serve with bagelchips, crackers or sliced Valtrompia bread toasted with fresh garlic.
Holiday Punch
1 - 11.5 oz. can of Welch's Cranberry Frozen Concentrated Fruit Cocktail
1 - 64 oz. bottle of Welch's 100% White Grape Juice
1 - 2 liter bottle of Canada Dry Ginger Ale
Directions: Mix thawed Cranberry juice, two cans of water (not three as instructed on the Cranberry juice can), and White Grape juice in punch bowl. Add Ginger Ale and ice just before serving and stir. Add as much ice as the punch bowl will allow. The melted ice will compensate for the one can of water left out of the mix.
